I’m passionate about our work because:
I believe that our work can truly change the country and the world. There are so many amazing people committed to this mission — incredible people to work with and for and it’s a privilege to work alongside them.
My favorite learning experience is:
An experience that is tailored to a specific group of learners. This kind of experience encourages hands-on learning and the opportunity for collaboration while still promoting individual outcomes.
My role in three words:
Helping People Grow
I’m currently learning about:
How to best adapt my project management tools and skills with the continued expansion of the team and the growing scope of our work. I’m also continuing to learn about the power of perspective through diversifying the voices that I listen to, read and depend on.
I’m currently working on:
Optimizing and implementing a grants management process for an innovative school network, planning and attending Great Schools Field Trips and growing and leading a team as we expand into new project areas and work. I’m also focused on trying new weekly recipes and pushing my culinary skills.
